Boxing career:

• First introduced to boxing by my late friend ‘Chicken’ Tom Goodrum
• Started boxing with Aylsham boxing club at the age of nine. Trained by Dick Price, Andy Wilton and my late
   trainer Vic Hill. 
• First amateur boxing contest against Wayne Bayliss aged 11. Result – Lost points
• Relocated to Norwich and joined Norwich Lads Boxing Club at the age of 14. Trained with top professional
   boxers including Herbie Hide and Jon Thaxton. Trained by Graham Everett and Paul Ferguson
• Competed in nearly 47 amateur boxing contests resulting in two junior ABA finals, one NABC final, youth ABA
   semi-final 
• Turned professional aged 20 under Graham Everett located in Norwich
• Total professional contests (so far): wins 12, losses 4
